Suction high pressure fan

The high pressure suction fan is generally the material is transported to the specified place through the fan. The material particles of the suction fan are strong, which not only ensures the suction speed but also reduces the human resources, which can be said to kill two birds with one stone.

The working principle of the high pressure suction fan: the air between the impeller blades is spirally accelerated rotation and the gas outside the pump body is squeezed into the side groove (inhaled by the suction port), when it enters the side channel ②, the gas is compressed, and then returns to the impeller blade ③ to accelerate the rotation again.

As the air passes through the impeller and the side groove along a spiral track, each impeller blade increases the degree of compression and acceleration. As the rotation proceeds, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, causing the pressure of the gas passing through the side channel to increase further.

When the air reaches the connection point between the side groove and the discharge flange (the side channel becomes narrow at the outlet), the gas is squeezed out of the blade and discharged through the outlet muffler.

The performance characteristics of high pressure suction fan are as follows:

1, completely oil free, water free compression.

2, reliable operation, strong and durable

3, reliable design, light weight All high pressure fan motors are IP55 protection grade, F insulation.

5, the use of dual frequency (50/60Hz) and wide voltage motor to meet the voltage level of almost all parts of the world.

6, bearing external design, so that the fan can withstand higher working temperature, and improve the operation reliability and service life of the fan.

7, the introduction of frequency conversion drive new concept, compared with ordinary motor drive of the same type of performance can be improved to 300%.

8, the unique sealing form between the impeller and the pump body reduces the pressure loss of high pressure gas in the compression process.
