air knife blower

From the analysis of the mechanism of air knife blower noise generation and the radiated noise of unit, the following types of noise are mainly generated during air knife blower operation:
(1) Solid sound caused by vibration caused by fan operation;
(2) Air noise caused by air pulsation caused by pressure changes when air flows through inlet and outlet of fan with different sizes.

Ways to reduce noise and vibration
Engineering noise control is generally considered from three aspects: one is to reduce the noise source; The second is to start with the noise receiver; The third is to isolate the influence of fan vibration on the building and air duct system from the way of noise transmission.

First, vibration isolation design
The reinforced concrete foundation of the fan is integrated with the ground of the building. The fan is fixed by the vibration isolator supporting the fan manufacturer. The inlet and outlet of the fan are soft connected to reduce the vibration of the air duct system.
Two, reduce the noise of the air duct system
When the fan runs at a certain air volume, the noise intensity generated by the air duct system is related to the gas velocity in the air duct. The smaller the cross-sectional area of the air duct, the higher the velocity in the air duct and the stronger the noise. , two mufflers are installed at the inlet and outlet of the fan respectively to reduce the noise in the pipeline. The inlet and outlet of the fan and the muffler are respectively soft-connected tubes, and the influence of the fan vibration on the duct system is isolated.
Three, design sound insulation wall
The design of sound insulation wall is mainly from the methods of sound absorption, sound insulation and noise reduction. The traditional solution is to build two-layer hollow sound insulation brick wall, which has ideal noise reduction effect. Due to the limited space for installing fans and silencers in the existing room, the original brick wall, rock wool board and high-density board are added to form efficient sound absorption and sound insulation wall under the condition that the original room remains unchanged.
