When the air reaches the connection point between the side groove and the discharge flange (the side passage narrows at the exit), the gas is squeezed out of the blade and discharged from the pump body through the outlet muffler.

1. Pressure: Excessive pressure will cause long time no flow in the wind casing, which will cause the fan temperature to be too high, thus causing the aging of the bearing of the fan. For pressure, the pressure relief valve is often used, which is a relief valve. When the pressure of the sidechannel blower exceeds the pressure set by the relief valve, the pressure relief valve will automatically open and release the excess pressure, thus protecting the sidechannel blower.
2. Dust: The excessive dust in the working environment of sidechannel blower will stick to the impeller and bearing of the fan, which will cause the blower to be stuck and cause the blower to not turn. For dust, filters are often used. According to the different use site, it often uses different filter elements with different filtering accuracy. Different filter elements have different maintenance methods and service life. It is necessary to ask clearly when ordering.
